Admissions Tuition, Process, and Procedures:
St. Francis Xavier Catholic Academy is a grade school serving students in grades Pre-Kindergarten through eight. We welcome inquiries from prospective parents and guardians.

Tuition (2025-2026): $9,675 per student. There is a registration fee of $225 that is non-refundable, and a Consortium administrative fee of $50 per student (also non-refundable). The total tuition amount would be $9,950 per student. We offer tuition assistance and participate in the Opportunity Scholarship Program here at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Academy.

Application Process: Prospective parents should schedule a visit to the school and meet with our principal, Harold L. Thomas. To apply, refer to the link HERE to create an account through our online student system called FACTS. Here, you can access the online registration and
financial aid information as well as our school's application.

2. Financial Aid through the Archdiocese of Washington (ADW):

The Archdiocese of Washington works hard to keep Catholic education as affordable as possible. Part of this effort is the Archdiocese of Washington Tuition Assistance program, available to students applying to or currently enrolled in Catholic schools within the archdiocese. Apply for financial aid through ADW HERE or apply directly on our student system FACTS. Make sure to visit ADW's page for financial aid deadline dates!
